Can someone please help me!!! I have a 350 z28 that looses power going up hill. Skipping, backfiring through tpi, won't take fuel steady whenever you mash the gas pedal. Starts and idles with a skipping in tailpipes, changed plugs, wires cap, rotor, ignition module ,diatributor, no.1 1nd no. 5 injectors, new fuel pump, pressure regulator, fuel filter, tps sensor in range, temp. sending unit changed also. Has 49 psi fuel pressure idling, and 46 psi on hwy. Car shoots out black smoke on highway whenever it backfires throgh tpi, just wondering what could be causing this? could it be a bad map sensor? need help bad.

Have you checked your timing? Also could be that timing chain has jumped a tooth, just a guess. Are you getting any codes?
